Excel in providing expert HVAC solutions! As an HVAC Master Technician, you are a highly skilled and experienced professional capable of handling a wide range of complex HVAC service, repair, and installation projects with minimal supervision.
You will serve as a resource for less experienced technicians, demonstrating advanced diagnostic skills and providing high-quality workmanship. This role requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems, codes, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently diagnose and resolve complex HVAC issues in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform advanced HVAC repairs, including compressor replacements, heat exchanger repairs, and intricate system adjustments.
- Install and maintain various types of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems.
- Accurately interpret blueprints and specifications for complex installations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, provincial/state, and national HVAC codes and safety regulations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Junior Technicians and Apprentices.
- Communicate effectively with clients, explaining technical issues and solutions clearly.
- Accurately document all work performed, including materials used and time spent.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Identify and recommend potential upgrades or additional services to clients.
